One of the more common questions we hear is some version of "how do we know how much care we actually need?" There's no universal answer, but breaking down what each of our three care levels includes usually makes the decision much clearer.

Standard Care: foundational support

Standard Care covers the essentials of daily living: personal hygiene, dressing, and bathing; meal planning and home management; medication reminders and scheduling appointments; grocery shopping assistance; and recreational activities, all built around a tailored care plan. This is the right starting point for families whose loved one is managing reasonably well but needs consistent help with the day-to-day.

Premium Care: added coordination and oversight

Premium Care includes everything in Standard Care, plus a meaningfully deeper layer of support:

  • Monthly care conferences and quarterly assessment updates
  • 24/7 social support and concierge care coordination
  • Transportation and continuity care with trained caregivers
  • Dementia and memory care support with an activity and engagement program
  • A care journal with photo updates and daily digital updates for family

Premium Care tends to fit families who want a more connected, closely managed experience — especially if a loved one's needs are becoming more complex, or family members live too far away to check in as often as they'd like.

All-Inclusive: complete, customized support

All-Inclusive builds on Premium Care with customized cognitive activities, personalized recreational activities, and every premium add-on included as standard. It's designed for families who want the most comprehensive, most personalized level of support available, without having to select add-ons individually.

How to actually choose

Rather than starting from the plan names, start from the situation: What does a typical day look like right now? What's changed in the last few months? Is the bigger concern daily tasks, medical coordination, memory and engagement, or all three? The honest answer to those questions usually points clearly toward one plan — and it's exactly what we walk through during a family consultation.

Care levels aren't fixed forever, either. Plans can be adjusted as needs change, which is one of the reasons ongoing assessments and care conferences are built into Premium and All-Inclusive from the start.

There's no published price list because every plan is built around the specific person receiving care — the schedule, the services involved, and the level of support all factor in. A free consultation is the fastest way to get a clear, personalized recommendation and quote.
